How long will I have access to my courses?
Courses must be taken within 6 months of registration date. After 6 months, courses will automatically expire and will not be accessible.
How do I receive my course completion certificate and how do my hours get submitted for credit?
At the end of the course, you are able to print your certificate to keep for your records.
The Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board adopted rules and procedures to facilitate online renewals through TexasOnline. As part of the process, a verification of claimed appraiser continuing education (ACE) is required. Unless selected for ACE verification, however, it will not be necessary to provide course completion certificates with the renewal submissions.
A sampling of licensees who are renewing will be selected to provide “copies of all transcripts or course certificates or continuing education forms issued by educational providers” for ACE claimed and listed. Other information also may be required if “determined to be appropriate by the board.”
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available up to 30 calendar days after the date of enrollment.

Shipping and Handling Policy
There is a flat fee of $5.00 for shipping and handling for textbooks. There is no shiping and handling fee for e-books or courses. Textbooks will be shipped w/in 2 business days of purchase.
Dates and Locations are subject to change: class confirmation will be sent out 48 hours before the day of class. All classroom classes start at 9:00 am.
