Property types discussed include mixed-use, unusual, income-producing, and one-of-a-kind. Applications using various problem-solving techniques are demonstrated and will also help build confidence and skill in this area.

Residential Sales and Income Approaches to Value 30hr QE or 28hr CE

This course is a complete coverage of the sales comparison and income approaches. We discuss paired data analysis, the survey method and the cost contribution method. We discuss the GRM, GIM and Capitalized Rent Loss Method.

Residential Report Writing 15hr QE or 14hr CE

This course includes a discussion of the various appraisal formats, Fannie/Freddie/FHA and VA appraisal forms. We also discuss the proper way of reporting a value conclusion, explanation of adjustments and supporting comments.

Residential Site Valuation & Cost Approach 15hr QE or 14hr CE

This course includes a thorough review of the cost approach. This includes national cost services, local cost services and a reconciliation for particular areas. It includes the six site valuation Methods.
